I am a London based costume and fashion designer creating garments for performance, events, video and creative endeavours of all kinds. My core collections are available for hire, and commissions (both riffing off my existing work or something entirely custom) are welcome. The process of collaboration and exploration is always deeply exciting to me.

My line, NEO_FAE, is both a love letter to my own inner child and an ode to the feminine experience in its many forms: the sensual, the secretive, the spiritual, the hedonistic, the feral. I began my career in the theatre industry, and a deep love of character and storytelling is infused within my work. Inspiration often comes from fantastical figures such as priestesses, goddesses, courtesans, ballet heroines, druids and nymphs - "but make it cunt". Juxtaposing the use of classical sewing techniques and historically influenced silhouettes, I like to explore various forms of textile art to bring detail and texture to my garments. 

 

 I was raised in Devon surrounded by the woods, coasts and wild moors, so the natural world is often a muse. However, having lived in London my entire adult life, the city counterculture is equally influential to me - music, art, kink - and above all, the many authentic, passionate creatives I've been lucky enough to meet (and all those I haven't yet).
